Born in Manhattan Beach, California. Danny Power has always had a passion for the ocean and global travel. One of four brothers and the son of an Air Force Major, his love of travel was natural, as he lived all over the United states and abroad, including Avian, Italy as a child. Since 1975, Danny has lived in Cardiff-by-the-Sea and Encinitas. He has enjoyed watching the downtown areas evolve while maintaining their authenticity as true main streets in San Diego. Because of the history within North County San Diego, Danny is aware of the last trends in the area and understands the finer nuances of the midcoastal communities within the larger North County of San Diego: Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Olivenhain, Leucadia, and Cardiff-by-the-Sea. A San Dieguito High School graduate, Danny went on to college to study business and photography and graduated from Miramar College in San Diego in Fire Science. Deciding not to work as a firefighter, Danny opened a small business in the automotive finishing industry at the age of 21, where he worked until 1999. He then earned his California real estate license before working in the home lending business and eventually moved to Manhattan in 2001, where he fully pursued his passion for real estate. Shortly after moving to NYC, Danny had a beautiful child named Lourdes. Danny was a licensed real estate agent in New York City with the Corcoran Group. He then moved back to San Diego in late 2002. From 2002 to 2016, Danny worked as a top-producing San Diego agent specializing in the Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, La Jolla, Solana Beach, Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Encinitas, and Carlsbad communities. Danny received numerous accolades in both production and volume sales during this time. With every client, Danny focuses on designing a customized, tailored approach to ensure they find their dream home and feel comfortable investing in their greatest asset. Having a vast knowledge of the neighborhood and properties, and insights into trends and micro markets that exist, Danny is able to give his clients the inside edge when it comes to neighborhoods that are on the brink of exploding.
